Adobe luôn mang lại cho bạn đầy đủ tiện ích nhất, với việc có quá nhiều Font chữ thì bạn khó lòng quản lý được. Adobe đã phát triển một chương trình quản lý Font rất chuyên nghiệp.

Adobe Type Manager 4.6.2 là chương trình dùng để quản lý font trên máy tính. Trong chương trình này, bạn có thể tạo nhiều thư mục riêng biệt và sau đó thì install từng bộ font vào những thư mục này. Ðiểm hay của ATM là tuy bạn add nhiều font vào nhiều thư mục nhưng nếu bạn chưa Active thư mục đó thì windows sẽ không load font trong thư mục chưa active khi bạn khởi động máy tính do đó tài nguyên bộ nhớ không bị chiếm dụng nhiều. Bạn cứ add những font bạn thích vào ATM, nhưng chỉ active những bộ font thường sử dụng như vni hoặc vietkey thôi. Còn những bộ font khác thì khi nào cần đến bạn hãy chọn active để sử dụng. Sau khi sử dụng xong, bạn chọn deactive để windows không load lên nữa. Trong windows, nếu bạn load trên 500 font chữ thì máy sẽ chạy khá chậm vì bị chiếm bộ nhớ nhiều.
